Join Austin Classical Guitar’s Education team for a 2-day intensive workshop designed to prepare teachers who are new to the guitar classroom, and elevate the playing and instruction of experienced guitar teachers. You will participate in a combination of technique, pedagogy, conducting and advocacy workshops with hands-on teaching and feedback. 

Thanks to generous support from the Augustine Foundation, the Pinkerton Foundation, and the New York City Department of Public Affairs, the registration fee is just $40.

Dedicated training tracks are available for new teachers, veterans, and elementary-level teachers.

Leadership Retreat (Optional)

Join us for an optional third half-day on July 10th for a leadership retreat. During this half-day session, we will be exploring how each of us can work together to build and grow our guitar education community in our respective areas. These sessions are designed to guide thoughtful discussions amongst participants. We would love to see you there!
