Rich Puccio

Rich Puccio is a partner in the Austin office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is a member of the Technology practice and works with clients in all stages of development from early stage to multinationals. He has worked with numerous public and private companies. He has experience with international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, joint ventures, revenue recognition, and equity compensation. Rich also has significant experience with SEC filings and initial and follow-on public offerings. In addition to his experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he spent two and one half years in financial operations and reporting at two public companies.

Rich has previously served on the Board of Directors of a Non-Profit Organization.  He also served as the audit partner for a Non-Profit Organization in Boston, MA.

Rich and his wife Caryn live in Austin.
