Lisa Andrade
Lisa Andrade is a seasoned business executive with over 25 years of leadership experience and has helped shape the careers of hundreds of professionals. Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at St. Jude Medical and in its $30B acquisition by Abbott. She has held numerous leadership positions across the medical technology, software and hi-tech industries in engineering, research, product development, strategy, product management, marketing, program management, healthcare economics and sales. She is a dynamic and versatile executive with demonstrated talent for building and leading high performance global teams. Lisa is currently CEO of M33, LLC an executive coaching and leadership development firm.
With many years’ of experience in music study and performance of both flute and piano including multiple summers at the Interlochen Center for the Arts, Lisa recognizes the many social, personal and community benefits music study and performance have afforded her. She was attracted to ACG’s social service impact and got involved to help others, particularly those in underserved populations or in difficult circumstances, achieve some of the same life-changing effects.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for ACG, Lisa is President of the Board for Make a Vet Sweat, a local non-profit harnessing the power of fitness to help veterans and their spouses combat the effects of PTSD and is a Mentor at the Capital Factory, advising entrepreneurs and early-stage companies while incubating entrepreneurship in Texas.
Lisa holds B.S. degrees in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University as well as an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
