Flamenco Summer Workshop – For Classical Guitarists
Join us this summer for an immersive Flamenco Workshop designed specifically for classical guitarists new to flamenco, with the extraordinary flamenco guitarist Carlos Piñana from July 19–23.
Carlos comes from a deep flamenco lineage, his grandfather was a legendary cantaor, his father a renowned guitarist, and he has spent his life mastering and teaching this art form. As a professor of flamenco guitar at the Murcia Superior Music Conservatory, he has developed an inspiring approach to helping classical guitarists unlock the rhythms, colors, and soul of flamenco. A dear friend of ACG, Carlos even hosted our ACG Youth Orchestra last summer, as the closing act of this flamenco festival in Murcia, Spain!
If you’ve ever been curious about flamenco or wanted to expand your musical voice, this is the perfect opportunity.
