Lukasz Kuropaczewski: Gourmet Chef Experience

In addition to being one of the world’s great classical guitarists, Lukasz Kuropaczewski is a stunning gourmet chef with his own food blog. While in Austin, before he performs at The Rosette, Lukasz will make an unforgettable meal generously hosted by Karl Arcuri and Gitanjali Yadav, concluding with a short private concert as a dessert after dessert. We have room for just ten guests.

Menu: For appetizers Lukasz will prepare truffled mascarpone with roasted beets and pomegranate molasses and almonds, cucumber salad with homemade labneh/dukkah, remoulade/charcuterie, muhammara with peppers/walnutut/roasted pumpkin/feta, and baguette. Our 1st course will be “100 layers” with potato and smoked salmon with herb salad. The main course is eggplant with ras el hanout and kadayif with a simple salad. Dessert will be torta di Santiago with creme anglais.
