Next Wave showcases our 2026–27 Artists-in-Residence, four young musicians who are shaping the future of guitar: guitarist Leonela Alejandro, guitarist-composers David Manzanares-Salguero and Thatcher Harrison, and composer Besa Carney.

Leonela brought so much energy and passion to The Rosette last season that we asked her to return immediately. This time she’s joined on stage by David and Thatcher for an evening of new music for solo, duo, and trio guitar, with works created in collaboration with our community and new compositions by Besa. Together, they have created something truly special. Come be part of it!
