Our friends at Gusto Italian Kitchen have sent us the menu for our pre-concert dinner on November 10th.  It looks delicious!  Concert and Dinner tickets are here!

I love our dinners for a lot of reasons.  The big one is that it’s just such a pleasure to have a chance to visit with wonderful fans of ACGS and great music, share terrific food and wine, and talk about music in our community.

If you haven’t joined us for dinner before a concert before, I also prepare some insights about the artists and their programs that I enjoy sharing with the group!

Jason Vieaux is a phenomenal artist who I’ve known since the early 90s!  So I’ll have some things to say about him for sure!

This will be the first time our pre-show dinner is hosted by Gusto.  These are the same folks who, as La Sombra, prepared our amazing regional receptions to pair with our Pasión Summer Series two summers ago!  So watch out, we’re in for a real treat.  Here’s a look at the menu:

Each table will have antipasti to share including: Eggplant Caponata (yum!) with Tomato, Mozzarella, and Basil, and Sweet Coppa.  We’ll all enjoy Gusto’s signature Insalata Mista.  Then, my personal favorite, we’ll have Risotto with Mushrooms, Green Peas, and Parmigiano Reggiano along with Grilled Italian Sausage, Chicken Breast, and Shrimp served family style!

For dessert they’re planning their incredible Flourless Chocolate Torte with Toasted Hazelnuts and Fresh Whipped Cream.  Wines for the evening include Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, and Sangiovese.

This meal has great options both for vegetarians (like me!) and our gluten-free guests.  Fell free to make special requests when you order you tickets!
