Carl Caricari

Mr. Carl A. Caricari is the Founder and Principal of Caricari Consulting, a firm dedicated to improving the management of technology companies. Mr. Caricari has many years of high end enterprise computing expertise and startup operational experience. Mr. Caricari was Founder of System Fabric Works and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He was Vice President Engineering at Platform Solutions Inc. He served as Vice President of Micro Components at Unisys Corporation. He was the Chairman of Celsia Technologies, Inc. and now serves on their Board. He served on the Board at 9Star Research Inc, Suvola Corporation and Monitor Inc. He also serves on the board of Austin Classical Guitar, Conspirare & Austin Chamber Music Center, all nonprofits in the fine arts. He also served on the Board of Ensemble VIII an Austin non profit corral group.

Mr. Caricari spent 32 years of his career with IBM. He served as Vice President of Product Development in Advanced Workstation Division at International Business Machines Corp. Earlier in his career with IBM, he was the leader of the team that developed and introduced System 3090.

Mr. Caricari holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University. In 1995 he received the Golden Knight, Clarkson University’s outstanding alumni award.
