The Rosette, 3908 Avenue B Suite 116, Austin, TX 78751

Join us for a week of beautiful music making this summer at the ACG Youth Guitar Camp! ACG is Inviting young guitarists from across Austin to join us at the picturesque Rosette theater. Our camp brings together world-class performers and instructors in a relaxed, supportive, and collaborative atmosphere. Throughout the sessions, campers will dive into a wide range of skills –  exploring chamber and large ensemble playing, honing in on technique and exercises, creating original songs, and exploring improvisation. Beyond music, this camp is a chance to bond with like-minded young musicians, forging friendships that will extend well beyond high school. Experience a summer of musical growth and creating lasting musical memories!

Who is our camp for?

The ACG Youth Summer Guitar Camp is intended for students grades 7-12

By the start of camp, students should have at least one full school year of classical guitar experience, whether it be in a school program or with a private teacher. Students should play on a standard 6-string nylon-string classical guitar. If you have any questions regarding level requirements, feel free to contact us at [email protected]!

What does a typical day at camp look like?

Drop-off at the Rosette begins at 8:30 AM, with pick-up at 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Students will be asked to bring their own lunches to camp, but snacks will be provided throughout the day.

Each day at camp is filled with exciting and engaging activities. Participants will enjoy a mix of large and small ensemble rehearsals, amazing performances, masterclasses, and interactive workshops led by our esteemed guest artists and clinicians. And there will be many moments to put our guitars down for some fun activities throughout the week.

Our camp will conclude with a performance at the Rosette, where we’ll showcase the beautiful music we’ve created together for family and friends.
